Howard Glasser is the creator and developer of the Nurtured Heart Approach®. His background is in family treatment, clinical studies, and educational leadership. He is a sought-after Keynote speaker in areas of treatment, education, and inspiring greatness. Howard has written 15 books, including his bestseller, Transforming the Difficult Child. His formal studies and direct experience with the most intense and challenging children form the basis of the approach. His work seeks to reduce children’s reliance on psychiatric medications, inspires many educational and treatment initiatives worldwide, and has been a featured guest on CNN, a consultant for 48 Hours, featured in Esquire magazine, and more.
Nurtured Heart is currently being researched by the University of Arizona & Zuckerman School of Public Health and the New Mexico State University. Rutgers University recently published their research and findings. Howard currently teaches Nurtured Heart Approach Certification Training Intensives at the Nurtured Heart Institute as well as teaching at the University of Arizona’s Integrative Medicine Program and the School of Public Health’s new Transformational Wellness program.
