Howard Glasser is the creator and developer of the Nurtured Heart Approach, the Inner Wealth Initiative, the Nurtured Heart Institute, and the Children’s Success Foundation. His background is in family treatment, clinical studies, and educational leadership. He is a sought-after Keynote speaker in areas of treatment, education, and inspiring greatness. Howard has written 15 books, including his bestseller, Transforming the Difficult Child. His formal studies and direct experience with the most intense and challenging children form the basis of the approach. His work seeks to reduce children’s reliance on psychiatric medications, inspires many educational and treatment initiatives worldwide. Howard has been a featured guest on CNN, a consultant for 48 Hours, featured in Esquire magazine, and more.
The Nurtured Heart Approach is currently being researched by the University of Arizona’s Zuckerman School of Public Health and New Mexico State University. Rutgers University recently published their research and findings. Howard currently leads NHA Certification Training Intensives and teaches at the University of Arizona’s Integrative Medicine Program and developed the new NHA course for the School of Public Health’s Transformational Wellness program.
His upcoming book is an unfolding of the Nurtured Heart Approach from the ‘Inside Out’ and his most fun endeavor was being Executive Producer of an award-winning documentary, Mantra - Sounds Into Silence. His current work is the subject of an upcoming documentary by filmmaker Kevin Miller.
